Booking & payment 

Please contact us to arrange your activity or adventure day. No deposit is required for bespoke activities until we’ve confirmed your activity will run. We reserve the right to refuse any booking and to make any necessary changes to prices, up to the point of confirmation by you, of your adventure. A bespoke adventure will require 50% deposit on confirmation by us, then full payment will fall due 8 weeks prior to the activity. You’ll pay for Day Walks and Navigation Courses in full on booking. All bookings contain a non refundable 10% booking fee, should you cancel the booking.

Insurance

In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us or our partners and agents, you will be responsible for any loss, theft, injury or damage to your own vehicle, contents, fittings or accessories. In the event of a breach of this contract by Peak Adventures, we shall not be liable for any loss or injury, damage, cost or expense, arising out of the breach, which was not reasonably foreseeable. Peak Adventures will only be liable for loss or damage caused by the proven negligence or default of the company. Peak Adventures have public liability insurance with Mountain Training UK.

Health and safety

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your group members are fit enough to undertake your chosen activity. You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, illnesses or disabilities, including medication, so that the leader can discuss your needs and make the necessary arrangements. You should inform your guide as soon as you feel unwell. You must adhere to the instructions given by your guide, as they have the specialist skills and knowledge, to keep you and all your members of the group safe. We reserve the right to exclude any participant should they fail to comply with our requirements for example, endangering other members of the group or being not adequately prepared for the day. We also reserve the right to exclude anyone for threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour. On these occasions no refund will be given.

Booking forms, Medical declaration, Group details and Parental consent

The person making the booking must be over the age of 18. Medical declarations, group booking forms and parental consent forms must be completed prior to undertaking any activity. Failure to complete and return these forms on time may result in the participants being excluded without refund.

Services and feedback

We want you to enjoy your activity.  If you are happy please let us know, if you are dissatisfied please tell your guide as soon as possible, so that they can take appropriate action.

Marketing and media

Photos and videos may be taken during your activity. These may be uploaded to our social media platforms. You are able to view these images and Peak Adventures may use them for marketing purposes. It is our policy to retain anonymity of our clients. In order to achieve this, we do not identify any group or person by name.
